could very well be as simple as a loose or corroded connection

I had my transmission rebuilt about 2 weeks ago. Last night the CEL came on, and it had these two codes. I checked the fluid, after it was warmed up, and it looks good. I drove a couple of miles and the CEL has not come back on. It's about a 90 mile drive down to the shop that did the rebuild. I'll call them on monday and ask them if I should be concerned. Hopefully it was just a glitch.

The control cable running from the solenoid pack to the engine conpartment had some worn wires. They would short to each other and throw the trans into limp mode.

It seems these trans have control issues. You only need a complete rebuild if the trans is burnt or metal in the pan.

Most these problems can be addressed with trans still in the vehicle. Usually the external senors or the solenoid pack.

Overdrive Solenoid but it say trans code 48re are these the parts i need or do i need a completely different part.
