So Installing a new sound system in my dads 04 Ram 3500 cummings, I already had to fix the broken wires problem, in the rear door for the window. But now the dash wont stop beeping after I take the key out. I checked the front door boot already thinking it might be a loose wire. Any help would be great. Thnx Chris

 

Welcome to the site. I'm assuming that your lights and everything else is turned off. With that in mind, the only thing left I can think of is the ignition switch is broken and thinks that the key is still in the cylinder.

 

If im not mistaken the chime plays through the driver side speaker and is wired through radio. If you wired in a new receiver without a harness adapter of some kind that may be your issue.
