In regard to the rear spoiler on the Daytona, I noticed that it blocks the headlight glare of the vehicles behind you just at the point where they usually become annoying. Another point that I have to make in Rams’ favor is the speed limiter. When I get up to 100mph (typically passing up several minivans) the speed will just level off vs. my x-Avalanche where it would actually shut down practically throwing you into the windshield until about 95mph then the engine would regain its power. Congrats!

Great Smiley! If you listen carefully, you can hear the soft sound of taps being played as another Y chromosome gets estrogen-ized…

Yes, after all the great advice and wishful thinking, I do indeed drive a minivan.
(funny, my breasts are swollen and tender...and I could have SWORN I was born with *********...)

I refused to go into the chevy, ford, or toyota that all had nice large rear passenger seating areas just to get into a truck. I wanted a Dodge but this years' models simply didn't have enough room and I needed to buy something for the entire family now. I also wanted a vehicle my wife could drive easily and feel good about because I plan on having her drive it while I ride one of my bikes on the weekends.
Oh yeah, life's tough without another expensive toy. But I'll have plenty of time to think about it when I'm in Detroit for Superbowl XL, or diving for treasure off the coast of Key West, or getting a happy ending from Nikki, the masseuse at the Bellagio in Vegas.
Owned? You bet your ***.

I may have been taught to sit, but I'm definately snake-bit, and my Viper Truck will come soon enough.

I look forward to the day I can talk trucks but until then, I'll continue to read and learn and dream.

Thanks everyone!

ps. As I drove the Odyssey home from the dealership, I pulled up next to an '05 Black 1500 sport package who revved his engine as if to say,"This could have been you. We could have been buddies."
I smiled to myself and thought,"God definately has a sense of humor."

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. But, this truck will continue to improve with time. You'll get yours soon enough.

Mike

PS: I predict he trades that Jag in on a SRT-10 in less than 12 months and she's driving the mini-van.

Yeah I'm just razzin' you too. I got $20 on the Jag bet as well. I don't know of anyone else that has the stamina to "wait it out". I came across an '04 silver SRT-10 RC here in town with 6K on the OD for $35K. Damn this pressure...I need a four car garage!
