With proper maintenance any engine should last beyond 150K. The 5.9 was only available in the '02s, maybe some very, very early 03s. The 4.7s are fond of overheating, it seems. The 3.7 will be very thirsty due to the 4,500# + weight. The Hemi ain't no gas-sipper, but it and the 4.7 are very similar in fuel consumption.
If you can get the maintenance records of a truck you're looking at, you may be more comfortable in buying a used truck. Mine had 86K when I bought it, now at 114K. No reliability problems at all. In fact, it still has the OEM battery and just got new shock at 111K.
Oh, and welcome aboard.

Thanks for your replies guys. My budget is kind of streched for the truck it self ($6000 or less). So many that I've seen have high mileage. I went to see one yesterday, 2004 HEMI QC 2x4 SLT. No rust or dents, great shape, new tires, etc. The only problem was it had a whopping 271K. It has most of the service records and looks like service was done every 3-5K. Is that many miles to many because I have been seeing numbers like that alot? Thanks again
