Default Both high & low beam on at the same time.

I have projector headlights in my 2500. HIDs in the low beams and halogens in the high beams. When I click to high beam the lows go off and the highs come on. I have seen pictures of all four lights on at the same time. Any one know how to do it? Specdtuing has a video on YouTube that shows all 4 lights on so I know it is possible. Have not been able to get an answer from them on how they did it.

Yes, but I don't think it matters where I got the lights from. Everything is pointing to it being impossible to have all 4 bulbs light up at the same time.

You can get creative with your relays if you're good with wiring or you can just get a Bright Box. Last I seen they have two models, one that controls two sets of lights (like high with low or high with fogs) and one that does three sets of lights (basically allowing full control of fogs, lows and highs).

The issue with wiring between the relays yourself is you don't have full control of the lights. I wired my fogs to stay on with high beams, but the problem is, you turn on your high beams and you have fogs whether you want them or not. I had to yank the wire when I wired my off-road lights to my fog switch or I'da had a pair of 130 watt lights blinding everyone when I hit my highs.

The Bright Box ain't cheap, but it's the RIGHT way to do it...

I looked at the Brite Box but I can't find out if it will work with the HIDs I have in the low beams.

Well you may want to call or email them or call the HID manufacturer. I know for a fact this box works with stock lights, I know someone who has it and I wired it up on a Chevy Z71.

If the HIDs are the issue, you may be SOL...

A couple of other people have mentioned it and that it works great. I'm going to try to get in touch with them Monday.

Does the brite-box eliminate lamp-out warnings?
