1st he list specs for a Cobra R (that had 385hp but lighweight over stock cobras as well) your friend didnt have a Cobra R (only 364 built) and if he did...you REALLY would be smokin crack if you hung with him.

there is more than 1,000lbs of weight difference between your truck and the cobra. you would need about 150-200 hp more than the cobra to accelerate at the same rate.
your hemi with your mods is making approx. 365hp (345stock). whereas his cobra is making around 375hp (320stock) and he is more than 1000 lighter with a manual tranny and obviously better suspension, tires, the whole nine yards.
this isnt even a case of apples to oranges...not even close....this is a much more oddball comparison.

Its one thing if you know nothing about cars and you really dont know what cobras or any other cars are capable of....then its no big deal.
however,,,your trying to defend yourself and pretend you know what your talking about. I bet you wouldnt even know how to install an air filter or change your own oil....
the FUNNIEST thing that alot of people probably missed in the 1st post....was that you really think that after you add headers...you will smoke his cobra!!!! thats too cute!!

unless a cobra dropped its clutch at 4k and sat at the line spinning away while you beat him until 2nd gear.....theres no way in hell a hemi truck could hold one off past 20-30mph. Try driving a cobra to understand what i mean.
Is this truck the fastest thing you have driven??? It feels slow as **** to me after owning a cobra and still owning a vette.
