I'll be 58 in December, and have done far too much hipo stuff (past and present) to list here.

Suffice it to say that the li'l 42 year old, Studebaker V/8 twin-turbo in my avatar makes just shy of 1100hp from 299 cubic inches. This sure hasn't happened with "factory support." Though a 4-time, Salt Flats record holder, it is still registered, insured, and sometimes driven on the street!

I'm happy to help anyone, but I've found that people--of all ages--don't always like the answers to their questions because those answers aren't necessarily what they wanted to hear.

I'm 24, bought my truck on my own, as well as the past 4 I've owned. I am in medical school as a 2nd year student (M-2). I live in a small house in south florida with my wife and three dogs. Hope that's enough info for ya.

 

41 here. I know what your saying about the age and interests though. I had a fundamental problem with it at one point, but came to a conclusion that it would be an opportunity for me to maybe learn something new or different. Lord know I'd love to learn something useful about making my Intrepid run better.

 

23, paid for my own '05 Ram QC 4x4 Laramie. Work full time as a Firefighter/Paramedic.....definately didn't get it handed to me. Every time I get called out at three in the morning on another call I think "Well, this is what's paying for the truck....."
