Default Random Stalling Ram 1500 5.7

Hello DF

This question has probably been asked a 1k times, but I am going to throw it out to the DF as my first Post.

My 06 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7, has been stalling on me, Im sitting at 50k miles, do my regular oil changes with synthetic oil, and have had my major and minor services done. I took my Ram into my local dealer and they cleaned out the fuel injection lines and removed some build up. One week late I am back to random stalls at red lights and just stops in general.
I am taking my Ram back to the dealer next week, and would like to have some insight from you folks out there, as of course they can't get it to stall on any of their test drives.

Did they clean the throttle body? Number one overlooked simple maintenance procedure that cures a lot of problems from stalling to poor performance/fuel economy...

This sounds crazy but it's 100% true, I once found a crispy butterfly in the butterfly valve of my '91 S10 Blazer. Have no clue how it got past the air filter.
