Thanks for the answer Hammer.
The truck was equipped with a E85 conversion kit. I remove it and clear the code. Have now :
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire
P0201 Fuel Injector 1 Circuit/Open
Definition of DTC is from the website http://www.actron.com, on the message above the definition was from a 2004 truck...
have you the same comments as before?
Can it be a MDS malfunction?

E85 on a Hemi? I didn't know there was such a thing...

Actually, having both errors pointing to the same cylinder I would take as a Godsend!

If it stays that way, in all probability it would be plug/wire/injector on that cylinder rather than a head/gasket or whole engine issue...

In my old Vw Gti I got the flashing cel pretty often with basically the same codes. It was always my coil pack. You might want to check that as well.

E85 kits are just electronic boxes allowing 2 pulses at the injectors instead of 1 in order to spray more fuel. E85 is here (France) 1/2 the price of regular fuel).
Removed the kits, check connections and clear the codes, no code anymore now. Will check the coolant consumption if any. Can you advise a code reader/flasher?
