check engine light stay on and flashing

Other members can certainly correct me if I am wrong, but a CEL that is flashing is indicative of a serious problem and the vehicle should not be driven. You will need to get the code(s) to get an idea where the problem lies in the truck.
If you have no means to pull the code, get you to your nearest auto parts store and they will pull the code for free. Report back here with the code and we can tell you what's going on. Do not use the truck other than to go get the code read until you know exactly what the problem is...

If the “Malfunction Indicator Light” is flashing,
severe catalytic converter damage and power loss
will soon occur. Immediate service is required.

I agree with Hammer. If it's flashing it must be dealt with ASAP.
The codes are :
P0201 injector circuit malfunction - cylinder 1
and
P0300 Random/multiple cylinder misfire detected
does it means the injector of cylinder one (where is the A?) has a problem?

The P0201 probably popped first and was followed by the P0300 after a second misfire was detected in another cylinder.
I would have stayed on the possible plug/injector on the first cylinder theory until the P0300 popped. First thing I'd do is look to see if the coolant might be a bit low and check the oil for signs of coolant. Might as well rule out head/head gasket issue first before diving in anywhere else...
