Default Trans Temp Gauge

I have an 04 1500 with a Hemi. I want to put the temp sending unit in the test port of the transmission. I crawled under it tonight and there are 2 ports that are plugged off. Which one do i use?

Thanks

I did one when I installed mine, but I know the pics were lost when we did the software conversion. I know I lost my pics when I lost the HDD on my old laptop. I may have them on an SD card around here somewhere. If I can't find them I'll crawl under my truck and snap a pic...

Sorry, my Grand Cherokee's radiator decided to blow up on me and I forgot all about it. Here is a pic I found in an older post in this section that shows the location...

Now I did not use the test port, I used a "T" fitting on the trans cooler out line. Either way will work fine...

Yeah, cheap a$$, stupid plastic tub radiator! I have a buddy with a '99 WJ, 230k miles on it, he's on radiator number four but the drive train is still solid as hell. I've had it over 5 years now, most of it completely trouble free, but now that it's hit 100k miles I'm getting all the common sh*t hitting me all at once. I've done the blend doors, window regulator, had a caliper seize and now the radiator and while I'm replacing it, I have a broken manifold bolt to deal with. I'm just waiting for the heater core to decide to take a sh*t once I replace the radiator...
