Default HELP Please.. 02 1500 4.7 issues

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 4.7. Up until last week it was running fine, I put gas in it drove a couple of miles then shut the truck off when I stopped for 30 minutes or so... When I started the truck back up it was running horridly. It is idling VERY rough, stalling out and jerking about, it is burning tons of gas too...

I thought perhaps it was bad gas, so I drained the gas and put premium fuel in it. No change.... These are the things I have done to try to figure this thing out... I am at my wits end, and the wife wants her truck back... I need some ideas from someone else at this point...

Changed out:

IAC
Crankshaft Position Sensor
Camshaft Position Sensor
All new spark plugs
Did a compression check and everything checked out fine
Map sensor

If I have my foot in the gas, she runs alot better, but whenever I go to stop at a light, I have to keep my foot in the gas and the break, or else she dies...

I am at my wits end and don't know what else to do... The only code that is being thrown is p0352... So I changed that coil .... Still throwing that code, and running like garbage...

Anyone out there have any ideas???

Thanks in advance!

EGR valve? Mine wasn't as sudden, or as drastic, but it sounds kind of like the symptoms when the EGR valve went out in my '05. Just a WAG from my own experience. That's about the extent of my knowledge on that, though.

Glad you mentioned that, cause I forgot to mention that the EGR had been changed as well.... Like I said, I am stumped.... The truck really has me scratching my head right now... I called my mechanic and told him of the problem and told him everything that I had done to try to trouble shoot it so far, and he mentioned the crankshaft sensor... Changed it out, and still runs like garbage... Thanks for the reply!

ANYONE ELSE?!?!?!

Maybe it's the fuel filter and/or pump?

I think your compression test would of found this ? But I have read more than one thread. Where the 4.7 would throw a rocker arm. Causing very rough idles, lack of power etc. Might want to pull the valve covers to look see. Just puting that out there.
Wish I had more to add.
Good Luck

Have you cleaned the throttle body and air intake? It may be dirty.

Have you cleaned the air intake and/or throttle body? I've had this before. Just used some brake cleaner and wiped it out really well and the problem was solved.

4.7s have more than a few threads here where they sometimes throw rockers under the valve covers. Not having a valve open or close would make it run rough also
