Default Truck shaking in 4x4 and under load

Hi,

so yesterday I had to use 4x4 because of snow and I noticed that whole car was shaking a bit under engine load as I was going uphill (about 25mph+). More throttle, more shaking, but it's not obviously noticable if you are passenger and you just thing there are road bumps... Wel I as a driver noticed it... On last friday on highway I used it as well because it was freazing and raining + wind was pretty bad... And there was no shake and there is still no shake now if I use light throttle and on straights...

I also checked front and rear drive axles and rear is dead solid, but front it has somewhat of mowement, but this is I suppose normal, because there must be some clearance in moving parts. U joints are all in perfect shape as they dont move at all...

Front axle also have all the balance weights still on... So there is no problem

Front, rear and transfer case fluids are all in perfect shape...

left and right front bearings have no movement as well...

CV axles have also somewhat of movement, but I also think this is normal...

Ok, but there is a catch... I do have rear monrose self-adjusting supporting shocks that have lifted back of the car for about 4-5cm or I think this is about 1.5 to 2 inches? And front and is "leveled" by rancho quick struts leveling kit by 1.5 inch too... to there is 1.5 inch lift installed front and rear...

Is this source of the problems? :/

I just can't ignore it if there is anything I can do to prevent my truck to break someting.

Oh, my truck is 2006 dodge ram 1500 5.7 HEMI SLT 4x4 MDS QC SB

I searched other topics but didn't find any solutions or simillar problems, well I did, but there was no conclusion... :/

Thank you all for opinions!!!

woops, I think this is it...

Vibration after Level install...

This is explained inCommon Issue's with the Dodge Ram..

But still, please confirm... I thought leveling with quick-struts from rancho wouldn't cause that problem :/

Seen it often with pucks, never heard of anybody with a Quick-Lift or Bilstein 5100 leveling struts complaining of it. Have you checked your tie rod ends???

Tie rod ends are all new, track alingement is also done.

Inner tie rods are also without movement... And I cant feel anything on steering wheel.

I do have little up-down movement on right upper control arm ball joint (just to feel it). On left there is no movement at all. Is this maybe a problem?

shouldn't be any up and down movement in the ball joint... I'm assuming you did an alignment after the level install? Tires were ROAD FORCE balanced???

hmm, oky, so there might be problem with that right upper control arm ball joint...

as I don't understand what road force tire balance would mean I will just explain how I did alingement

alingement did local shop with laser guided measuring device (which has car database with measuring data). Basically what they did is roll truck on "drive on" car lift as wheels have to stay on the surface and attach something to all 4 wheels and then adjust track by adjusting outer tie rods... So track is in perfect condition...

oh, but tires were not balanced as long as I own truck (more than 2 years).

Could simply be a tire is out of balance - would cause it for sure and a heavy truck/4x4 or any vehicle with tires over 33" should not have the tires just balance but should be road-force balanced (different machine). Road Force balancing simulates the anticipated weight that is applied to the tire and balances them according to that instead of just spinning an unladen tire around and placing weights on it. A tire will balance completely differently when force is applied to it...

Might be just that. I have to change tires left to right or better yet, inner to outer side... So I will ask if anyone has such machine for road force balancing.

Thank you for advice, I will certanly reply if anything changes

Pretty much any shop who's purchased their balancer in the past six or eight years should be able to road force balance a tire, but by all means make sure they have the proper equipment first. Most shops in my area are equipped to do so now and advertise the feature. If you have a 4x4 shop in your area that offers to balance tires they will undoubtedly have a Hunter GSP for balancing since it's pretty much useless not to road force balance a big, off-road tire...

I will try and find local 4x4 shop with Hunter balansing device.

But I was also thinking... I have original 275-60-20 goodyear tires and I think there might be 1mm difference bretween front and back tires... Might this be also problem?

When it snows again I will perform conprehensive tests to get to bottom of this "problem", because I just wanna know what is causing this. Curious nature I guess. I hope I'm not annoying

And thank you for your help!!!
