100kmi on stock plugs....yikes.
They are due every 30kmi as they are basic plugs. Platinum and Iridium are not reccomended for Hemi's.
Just get basic copper plugs(cheapos) and you'll need 16 of them
Easiest to pull out the inner fender liners and work over the tires.
NGK, Champion, Autolight, Delco are all fine. I'd go in that order.
You don't have any plug wires on an '08. They are COPs(coil on plug) and only need to be replaced if they failo or the resistance is out of specs(you can compare them to each other)

70K on original plugs! Yikes! If they were changed at 70K, they may not be needed just yet. "By the book" 30K, but they seem to be OK out to 40-45K.

Maybe replace them just to know that you did. I always feel better to keep a good maintenance schedule.

Just did mine two days ago don't need to go through fender, you need To remove all coil packs on driver side using a 10mm deep and reg socket. Then start from back drop in your plug socket with 3in extension preferably wobble extension. Then attach ratchet you will have plenty of room. Work your way back and worst is over.on some plugs you can use 2 extensions. Entire process including gapping, anti seize and dielectric grease takes 45 min per side and was my first shot at it. Passengers side requires removing airbox and undoing a clamp on firewall to get to access rear cylinder.
So to recap 10mm short and deep socket. 2 3in extensions one of which being a wobbler helps a spark plug socket and a ratchet. No knuckles, no removal of wheel liner nada. I guarantee it'll work easily provided those plugs come out....ps champion copper plus plugs ran me 32 bucks at advance auto.

OEM Champions or the NGK copper V-Power plugs work well. I used the NGK's for my first plug change. Either give the same performance. I will probably go back to Champions because they are a little cheaper and give the same performance/economy. I use the V-Powers in the Mustang too.
