Default 02 Dodge Ram help

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4...I have a grinding noise when driving under floor of passenger side. It sounds like it is when truck is shifting from 2nd into third or could just be at that speed when the noise starts. Any ideas what this could be?

Question additional info

sounds like muffler system but do not see any issues, seems to vibrate grind at speeds when shifting into 2nd to 3rd. Rev'd engine today and could hear vibration rubbing grinding...puzzled

Possibly a wheel hub, but if its under the passenger it could be exhaust related as mentioned.
Could it be your jack.
