I can get any pics of the 06 hemi you want, I have a main harness from an 05 too I can take pics of. I just don't have an intake harness.

That's the plug! I'm sure we'll find the plug for it, however it may be too short to plug in...

I think we'll have to get the Actron out to see if the computer's trying to tell us anything or not.....

So the only connection's on the motor that aren't plugged up are the EGR and the Coolant Temp Sensor.

Here's an update:

We are getting P0113 IAT Voltage too High

If we squirt gas into the motor it will crank and run as long as we keep fuel going in. It runs pretty good too.

We have verified fuel in the fuel rail's but don't have access to a fuel pressure guage.

Any thing else to try?

I'm not sure if his truck has anti-theft or not but if it does with the engine swap could that be a problem?
Edit:

We have triple checked the wiring for the coil packs and injector's, etc.. they are correct.
We still need to get block off plate's for the EGR.

Here's an update for those who care.

We have verified that we have electrical current to the injector's and they are firing (we can hear them clicking and feel the pulsing) but they aren't spraying any fuel.

The fuel pump does come on and work and we are getting fuel to the rail's. I'm guessing these have an all in one filter and pump design so first thing we're gonna do is test the fuel pressure at the rail and go from there.

Beside's a failing pump is there anything else that could cause the injector's to have current but not spray fuel?

The truck sat for about 3-4 year's and had the same gas in it, it rarely ever got new gas, and it was really old smelling and probably a little crappy, so we pulled the passenger side fuel rail and looked at the injector's and they were covered in crap, since we had the intake manifold for the '04 motor we pulled a couple of injector's and they are pretty clean looking so we put them in the '03 intake and they still don't spray fuel.

The only code we get is P0113 IAT Sensor, whether the air hat is on or not....

Any thought's or suggestion's?

Thanks

Update to an old thread, still no injector spray. Did a fuel pressure test, got 49PSI solid, '04 FSM say's 58 +/-2. Called around looking for fuel pump's, dude at dealer said that 49PSI should be plenty for the truck to run.

We're gonna pull the fuel rail and clean it out, and soak the injector's. Any suggestion's on what to soak them in? Gasoline?
