All done it took exactly 4 hours start to finish. The truck looks great now and the ride did take a hit, little bouncy and feel bumps more.

Thats because your springs are compressed more and have more tension now.

Well now I am noticing a rattling/grinding type sound coming from the right front side while driving... any idea on that?

Not so much a grinding sound, its more of a rattling. Like a popcan rattling type sound if that makes any sense. Like a popcan on a vibrating surface.
