When you have it parked for any length of time does it leave a puddle on the ground?.... and if it does.. does the puddle form where the front of the engine / radiator would be.. or is it more towards the back of the engine compartment?

If it is not leaking externally then it is leaking internally.

i have just replaced the lower hose and now i noticed that i have a leak in the passenger side cab ... there was coolant on the ground under the dash... look at the passenger side under the dash see if there is any coolant if you see any you have a bad heater core that what mine was """"" i suggest that you also change the blend door while your in there ""it causes you not to have heat on the driver side but that my opinion mine went bad that why i did it

Default Blend Door

I have a 2002 Ram with a 4.7L. I have warm air blowing on the pass side but it's never remotely warm on the driver side. I've been told that it's the blend door so I'm looking to see if anyone has some info on getting a hold of a decent schematic/diagram for getting to it. Also, when I search for the part on O'Reilly and Advanced websites, it brings up 2 different blend door repair kits so I'm not sure without tearing my old one out, which one I'll need. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Does your Ram have dual climate controls? No? It's not the blend door. It's a clogged heatercore.

Oh okay, so if it doesn't have seperate control for each side of the pickup, then there is no blend door issue?
