Getting ready to drain power steering fluid. What ATF to use?

So am I simply draining all of the fluid from the hose and replacing with ANY transmission fluid in the the power steering reservoir? Also, I should be removing TWO hoses and not just one correct? Never done this before but I think it should be done as I think my ps was improperly or NOT flushed at all by the people I paid to do it. Please advise!

I couldnt find total capacity of the steering system, all I could find was this...?
POWER STEERING FLUID
POWER STEERING FLUID
Mopar
T ATF +4, Automatic Transmission Fluid is required in the power steering system.
To do the flush
Take the return line off and add a hose to it so it can extend to a bucket. Have 2 qts of fluid opened and ready. Start your truck and pour in the new fluid once the reseviour gets down halfway. Keep filling it up so the pump doesn't suck air and run dry. Once you finish pouring the 2nd bottle in, go shut the truck off quickly. Then hook up your return line, fill to full and bleed lines by turning wheels all the way each side a couple of times with engine running. Re-check fluid level.

Here is the approved list for ATF+4. Any of these will work fine.
