Default Seatbelt warning!!!

How do i get rid of the seatbelt warning when you start the truck, is there a fuse i can pull or something? 2005 5.7 1500

You can't get rid of the light, but there is a procedure in the owner's manual for turning off the buzzer.

There might be a disconnect under the seat or you could just do a ghetto job and cut the wires running from the seat belt clip. I have not really looked into this but thats what I did on an older car of mine a few years ago. I actually wear my seat belt now so the light and the buzzer is not a problem.

i ALWAYS wear my seat belt but i get in and out of the truck alot to move it from space to space or out of the way of my parents b/c it blocks the driveway and im in the truck for liek 40 secs and its just a constant annoance.

if thats the case i'll just leave it alone, i don't want to cut any wires and risk the airbag not going off properly or something to that nature.

in my girls civic i just unplugged the wires under the seat. there was only 2 so i figured power and ground or something so i unplugged it and its fixed. ima try it on my ram sometime i just been to busy to do it
