First Post (and new 22" rims)!
Hey Folks - just picked up a 2004 Ram 1500 SLT QC 5.7 Hemi and promptly found this forum! I traded in my trusty 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I couldn't be happier. My first mod will be 22" rims (Falken Marquis - polished black center with chromed lip). I get them installed with some Toyos by this Friday (hopefully!). I'm also going to level her out - still deciding between coil spacers up front, or drop shackles/flip kit in the the rear (and suggestions?). Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to being part of the forum...

the look of a level ride is very nice looking, even if thats all one does
I've been looking into putting a leveling kit onto the front of mine for a while, my 2500 has the same stance of a cat coughing up a fur ball

Exactly - I just want to level it (raise the front to better match the rear, or lower the rear to better match the front). At this point, I think I'm just going to try some drop shackles for the rear to lower it about 1-1/2" to 2" (I measured the ride heights and I have a 3" difference between the back and the front). I don't want to slam it, because I want to keep the load capacity and with 2WD it seems silly to lift it a lot...
