The gears are gonna help in the towing area alot. It will tske alot less to get a 10k load moving then it would with his stock gears. I hated my truck with 3.55's and towing anything. I bumped up to 4.10's and it made a good difference.

 

I re-geared my last year. Went from 3.55 to 4.56 I re-geared just for towing I am a full time RVer. TT weights about 8k I run 285/70/17 tires. In tow/haul mode at 60(Which is really 65. ) I have not done a speedo correction for the tires. RPMs 2200. I get better loaded and unloaded fuel mileage since the gear change. Stock gears in town un loaded 13. now 15. loaded 5. now 8-10 depending on the terrain. Hope this helps. You will not regret going to the 4.56. I have heard some guys going with 4.10's and wishing they had 4.56.
