Got suspension problems on 2006 1500 QC Hemi
Ok I have a few things going on over here. First off I have the Dodge lean going on. I first noticed about a year ago that the truck was leaning to the driver side and after measuring the rear fender well to the ground, I found that the driver side was about an inch lower than the passenger side rear. I understand the concept of why it happened and I have accepted it like so many of you out there. Now on to the crappy part. I loaded several hundred pounds of rocks in the bed of my truck while building a pond in my yard. Apparently chubby uncoordinated guys are not supposed to play racquetball and I screwed up my ankle pretty bad. So the rocks have stayed in the bed for the last month and a half as I couldn't get them out. Now the back end of the truck is REALLY bad and I believe I may have damaged the leaf springs beyond salvation. So I believe it is in my best interest to replace them but I don't know where to look for a good replacement set. Any suggestions? I also know that some of you will suggest air bags and I'd like to get a set in the future, but for now I just need to get my truck sitting correctly.

Ok, so I did the google thing before posting and found websites with similar products but I don't really know which ones I need. I mean I know I have a 2003-2009 1500 4wd but which one do I need to get? Such as I don't know enough about it to know the difference between the 34-1451-1. 34-1451HD and 34-1451. Now i don't have a Heavy Duty model so I would guess that I could rule out the 34-1451HD but again, that would be a guess.

I Would guess that you can rule out the HD also but not sure. A friend of mine has a Ford F250 that he uses for landscaping, always having issues with the rear suspension and weight. Actually he has 3 of these trucks. He had a mom and pop shop add a leaf spring to each side. I know this doesnt answer your question but maybe it will help?! If the HD ones fit, your ride will probably be stiffer. Im sure someone on here can answer this for you though!
