I have the same problem but all my rotors and pads are fairly new (drilled and slotted w/ceramic pads). As far as my tires... idk Ive had the problem before and after but its worse lately. How about loose CV's? Mine seem to have play in them so I bought new assemblies but havent installed them yet. My steering wheel doesnt shake side to side while driving or braking really but you can feel it in the cab and through the steering wheel. It also happens approx from 55mph and up.
