Default Alternator bearing switcharoo 5.7->4.7

I have a 136A Alt in my 2004 4.7 1500. I bought a 136A ( Both bosch btw) from a guy who said it would fit in my truck ( YAY Y NOT), it doesn't.

His alternator came from a 5.7 Ram 03-06...

My question is can i take the bearings out of the 03-06 136A Alternator and put them in mine?

I would love to just slap this one in but the blot pattern is different, These
are pics of the one i bought from the 5.7 ( Yah i shoulda looked first and i did, thought there was a 4 brack hidden, plus he said yah it'll ***.)

Ok so i took it all apart and got the bearing out with ease. If anyone needs more pics ( sorry for the size) of the DIY let me know. Unfortunately while pulling i cracked some inner piece, looks like a really dried out rubber ring (seal) but not sure.

It was all rusted inside so i am thinking i got jewed outta this one. I took the bearing outta the 5.7 Alternator and it was in rough shape, some rust and probably not worth keeping. The bearing is 17mm ID 35mm OD and 10mm Width. 6.00 from china via ebay. Anyone have one laying around? Just an update, crazy no one responded, maybe my pics scared you away? as per the piece i broke.

P.S are most alternators via this generation the same size? 17x35x10?

The piece that i cracked was the Tolerance ring/lock. Can be replaced with a kit for 50.00. The kit i found online comes with everything you need, 2 Bearings, puller, tolerance ring, dvd....

I myself took the bearing from the old one i bought and put it in. Broke one of the brushes but used the one i bought off the guy, thank god it worked!!.

Quiet and works great!

Here are some pics....

This is were the ring was snapped, i made a video(not the greatest at vids) but made it anyway to give a better idea.

This one is just a pic of the brushes that sit on the shaft.

and the snap...

Anything else let me know, i will do the entire dissection (most of what i did and know) this weekend and try to describe whats going on.
I will also post my vid on fb or youtube and throw the link up here. Thanks and again any questions comment and/or concerns let me know!
I forgot to mention, i think it is best to use a belt tensioner when putting the alternator back in, since then i feel i have a little more give in the truck...
Also heard it could be bad if you tighten it to hard. So this weekend if i get around to it i will go buy one and test it out.
