All you gotta do is ask for you from me

But back to bluetooth, I love it personally. A cord will work also. Its just something to have to physically connect and disconnect. In some ways you could get better sound with a cord.

I gotta say having owned a LOT of aftermarket radios, not a single one even came close to the factory radios ease of use and convenience, obviously at cost of about a millionth of the features.

Is there any way to add an aux in to the factory base radio?

Yeah, factory radios are pretty much on/off and radio presets. Not much else they are designed to do.
