So it would only take about a half can and nothing more. It still did not kick on. Any of you dodge guru's have a way to start testing what can be wrong (based on the first post) w/o replacing everything one by one?

See if you are getting trigger @ comp , check for a good ground @ comp harness. If u are getting power @ comp then u shouldn't worry about fuses.

Just unplugg clutch give it power and a ground activating it, run truck and see if system performs . If yes diagnose your electrical problem if no diagnose your mechanical problem.

It has a good ground, i tested that prior to posting. I put a jumper to the clutch orange wire and the clutch jumped in, so i guess i can try that with it running too.

After unplugging the high sensor and AC and jumping it, it turns on, the pressure drops from like 100PSI to green while it is on, then when i take the jumper off it shoots back up. So this at least let me know the compressor is good. So as i was going to put the plug back on the high line sensor, i noticed it could be put on 2 different ways, bad design or maybe my plug is just worn out, not sure... I put the plug on the 2nd way (opposite of how i have had it) and sure as sh** it turned on, that is all it was!

So that is 2 stupid issues fixed (other was the windshield washer fluid light on, which i learned by searching here the sensor has to be vertical and mine was turned horizontal).

One last light and my truck is finally back to normal!
