I forgot about just porting them, if you can find a cheap price on that it wouldnt be bad for your heads.

And dang i can just hear the sound of that motor going

It was just a single loud BOOM! Bottom end is still very good. Pistons are not damaged. If you have a die grinder and a steady hand, you can port them yourself, and if you are careful enough, with a cloth shoved down the runner, you don't even have to take the head off the motor. (not recommended but possible...I did it but I've ported a bunch of cylinder heads before.)

an hour east of Atlanta, GA in my garage. Only tool I'm missing is a twin post Lift.

Haha, it would be nice to get them ported while they are off but ill just hold off. Not that big of a deal, good to hear people still do this instead of taking them to a shop(if you have the right tools and brain)
