Default Truck just failed inspection...advice needed

Ok, so I got a letter in the mail yesterday that my two year registration was up. So I took it this morning thinking, if any minor thing failed, I would have time to fix it (I have 60 days till the registration is up). I wasn't expecting the things he did fail me for though...
UNSAT 1: E-brake pulling too hard to the left...Brand new brakes on all 4 corners done by the Dodge Dealership.
UNSAT 2: Worn shocks....Not leaking, but he said they need to be replaced..I don't know how he knows as there was no test to them up and down wise...just a machine that shakes it left and right.
UNSAT 3:Oil leak near the front of the motor.....Didn't notice any oil leak when I changed the oil last month....

Any advice on fixes?

on oil leak, check the torque on the bolts attaching the oil pan to the block. These bolts lose torque easily.

If the brakes were just done, go back and see if they will adjust. The shocks are an easy and obvious fix - just replace them (i am happy with my rough countries). On the oil leak, they couldnt give you a more precise location than "near the front of the motor"? Cant fix it until you know where it is.
