Fixed some wires mice got to chewing on while i was in there. Cleaned the contacts with 600 grit, then on with a small amount of dielectric grease. Working well for a few hours of free labor and a few Doorman clips that were missing. Pictures helped to ensure i got the parts back on the right way. Guessing I saved about $400.
