Exclamation Question about Tune Ups and things I need to get done.

I drive a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4.7LT 2WD 5-Speed Manual Trans.

Ive had the truck for 6 years, with 167,000+ miles. Besides regular oil changes and cleaning the Air Filter, Ive never done much of a tune up and I recently decided to not buy a new Dodge but to make my current one in to my project truck. It has been my daily driver for the whole 6 years Ive had it and never had a problem of any kind. Seeing how the truck is paid for I don't see the point in buying a new Dodge when I can put my money into my current truck. Now my question is what should I do in terms of a tune up and checking certain fluids etc. Also what brands do recommend? Thanks.

Spark plugs
Sensors like your o2 sensors/Map sensor
Differental fluid
Tranny filter/fluid flush and change
These are all deep tune up changes usually meant for someone over 100k looking to preserve there truck a little longer, changing the sensors may not seem like a big deal but they are.
Everything on here parts wise including sensors can be bought a ROCKAUTO.com everything they have is almsot a quater or half the price of the parts stores
