I put a flowmaster 40 on mine which has a nice throaty sound, also the answer to your other question a k&n does not add to the sound of the exhaust but makes the truck breath better.

i just switched from a flowmaster to a borla, i would really recommend their xr-1 series they have some different ones to check out, round, oval, different inputs outputs, plus the sound is awesome

yeah go on youtube type every exhaust you can think of, there are probably at least a couple of each with a video so you can actually hear them and decide for yourself, that is what i did and i know a lot of others do as well, of course the cameras don't replicate the sound 100% but you will get a better idea then taking my word or others describing the sound for you

I agree that since this subject has a sticky and is talked about 5 times a day just to search your butt off. You will eventually find what you are looking for

I put a 50 series on mine and it has a nice throaty sound and when it gets to crusing speed it mellows out to a nice quiet tone. Mines only a 4.7 but I think with a hemi it would be the same. Did they cut the resonators out or did they just cut out the old muffler and put I'm the new one? Sounds like to me the resonators are still in.

I'm happy with my Flowmaster Super 10 on my hemi. Sounds nothing like the sound video on their website. Nice deap tone, and nice muscle car sound through higher RPMs

My buddy has one and i think its the only muffler that sounds decent without a drone and its got more of a straight through design
