I'm not the most skilled mechanic, but I'm having a problem with my oil temp.

The gauge jumps to bit over the half mark at startup, the jumps quick to about 3/4, almost to the H. When I stop at a stop light, it goes back down to half, but accelerating makes it go back up. It moves as fast as my speedo. Lol.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

 

Oil Temp? Oil pressure. could be just a bad sending unit.
