Resinator. Is what you are thinking of Dirty, but yeah we have tried to explain to him but hes not listening, and he hasnt had anything to say about an all stock truck racing him
To the OP, yeah you are better off just getting a muffler. Any decent muffler shop can cut out your old one and put it a new one. I think cherry bomb extreme is a good choice, magnaflows and borlas sound nice too. Youtube has a ton of vids.
This is what I aiming more towards, I did youtube the Cherry Bomb and it sounds pretty good I think I am going to just go with that. I definitley dont want to be starting to cut this off then that and end up with something that cant even go down the road without a problem happening such as the cats....
I think you would be happy with a Magnaflow. I had one and I've had a flowmaster. Both sound great when you get on it but I think I got better performance and mpg from the magnaflow. Right now I'm running no muffler and its almost too loud I'm trying to decide what I want now. Also look into cherry bomb and an aeroturbine if they still have them.
Yeah that was pretty quiet, there wouldnt even be a point to putting that on, I found another one, its an 18" pipe its not that loud either, or the 14", I'm thinking the Magnaflow # 12249
I wouldnt base what your truck is going to sound like unless it a vid of a truck near your year model. Magnaflow has the best sound and performance if you ask me, but i dont run a muffler lol
