Question Turns off after moving from Idle

I have a dodge ram 1500 2005 v8 4.7L with around 125,000 miles on it. Only issue I have ever had on it was a oil leak and power steering. I am very adamit with keeping my truck in great working order oil changes, tune ups, etc...

This issue has occurred 2x now just today wondering if I should be worried or consider it dirty fuel.

1st time it happened i was parked at the KFC waiting on my food to get, after waiting for about 3 mins or so and driving off around 5 feet away not even out of the parking lot. My truck then turned off still in drive, all the lights and radio still on, I then placed my truck in to park and turned it back on no issues at all just turned right on. This has happened to me 2x same way I was sitting idle for 3 mins or so then as i tried to move off my truck turned off. I hope you guys can help out and its not a bigger issue then i can handle personal. Any questions please feel free to ask and i will ask them as best i can thanks guys.

No error codes, I changed the grounds wire and put in a new battery 3 or so months ago because the main ground wire was losing connection and causing a lot of issues. Have not changed the plugs in about 2 years now but not to keen on that subject is it to soon for me to do? If not sounds like my next project

Plugs every 30k mi, standard OEM champion coppers. Clean TB with non chlorinated brake cleaner. See how that does.

I've heard of this problem being caused by low tranny fluid levels. Recommend top off tranny fluid if nec and check last service date for fluid and filter.
