Chrisknorr,

Any updates for this issue? If it's just the rear lights not working, are the lights on the dash still blinking when you use the turn signals?

If your problem is still outstanding and you'd like to PM me your VIN#, I can look into this for you.

I had the same problem, but it was just corrosion on the bulb connector. I just scraped and sanded the connector to fix it. Too late now, but look closely at each socket and make sure the connections are clean.

My car at least has the decency to tell me which bulb is out instead of making me search it all.

It would be pretty improbable that all of his lights would have corrosion on the sockets..... I could see one or two, but all of them would have to be some kind of record...Unless the truck was subjected to some flood waters, then it's very possible.

I would actually pull the whole bed off of the truck and really look at the wiring harnesses back there, as there might be something worn and/or broken that is seeing ground or breaking the circuit.

I would also check the tow plug wiring for damage/wear, if you haven't already.

I wouldn't think that it would be every connector, hell he replaced the boards in the tail lights.

Just double check the remainders to be sure. Can't recall if the top brake light\cargo light is monitored or not. Just make sure that it's not highly corroded. All my lights worked great, but had the same symptoms.
