some shop will charge out the *** to mount tire that were not bought from them. Your truck is 4 wd. do some research the are some problems with some 4 wd and awd vehicles and only putting 2 tires on. The tread and height difference between them can cause transfer case problems.

Can someone recommend a brand? I think I'm gonna have another place do it tomorrow. This is just for two front tires.

Get whatever you have on the back if you're only getting two

I second-----tire matching is important to proper handling, and even more important when rotating your tires

It's easy. use a nation known tire places like sears. Goodyear, etc. For me I find Sears have the best prices on top rated tires. Buy a good / high milage tire, and keep the paper work to. Do a aliment. Do tire rotation. and make sure they wear evenly the best you can. I do use the milage warrantee and you should as well. I have done it many times with sears and got prorated price tires towards new tires. In the long run you’ll save money. Stay away from cheap tires, they wear fast and mudders do too. $75 for a alinement is around the ideal rang. In the past, I bought $100 a piece Goodyear 80k tires. They worn out around 50 k I got, no poop, $58 a piece back towards new tires.thats a $232 for people that cant add. So to sume it up, good tires do save you money in the long run. good luck.
