P2509 & p1755
After a week or so of sitting, i tried to fire up my truck ('06 diesel 4x4) with the remote starter today and it wouldn't go. Went out and tried to crank it, same deal. Ended up having to boost it with my wife's jeep to get it running. Idled a bit rough then smoothed out. Noticed the engine light was on and giving both codes listed above.
I had a shop install a remote starter just last weekend.....wondering if these 2 codes could be tied to that. I took it for a quick spin around the block and didn't notice any issues with it, but I didn't go very far.
Any suggestions as to what I should check first? The code reader won't let me clear the codes.

P2509:
Did you recently add any equipment that required grounding on the fender ground bolt? That ground in particular is sensitive to alteration and can cause that code if not tightened enough when reinstalled.
I would check that first. You may also have a weak battery/batteries.
P1755:
The TTVA does require an initialization period after the actuator has been removed or replaced. After the actuator has been removed or replaced, move the ignition to the ON position for thirty (30) seconds. This will allow the ECM sufficient time to perform the internal calibration procedures to learn the TTVA's current "zero" position.
Sounds like your battery voltage is dropping too low when cranking and wiping the memory from the PCM.

lxman I believe you are correct. The codes disappeared after a while after I boosted the truck.
Problem I am having (which is the cause of these codes) is that something is draining my batteries. With everything turned off, and after letting the truck sit for about 20min, I am getting a 1.6A draw on the batteries.
I pulled both neg terminals on and tested between the neg batt terminal and neg cable.
I have since pulled all of the fuses in the TIPM, one by one, to no avail. I also popped the kick panel and found 6 fuses that were installed with the remote starter. Pulled each of them one at a time, again no luck.
Does anyone know:
a) if there is anoter fuse panel I'm missing (i.e. an interior one)
b) anything else that would cause draw on the battery that would not reveal itself by pulling fuses?
At a loss here, and I really don't want to take this thing to the dealership and get bent over on shop time.
