Blend door would be my guess... have you pressure checked the coolant system?

At this point I also think you may have reversed some lines somewhere... or you might possibly not have enough coolant in the system... so check your levels where possible and make sure it's all right.

Also what Temp rated Thermostat did you put in?

Fixed my problem. What was happening was that I had a LOT of rust settle in the lower radiator hose. What was happening was since I replace the radiator (and not the hoses) the knocked the rust loose and it was slowly making its way to the core.

needless to say I replaced all hoses, back flushed the core and also added an inline filter right before the core. I have had excellent heat for two weeks now.

other than the fresh air /recirc, you will have to take the entire dash apart.
that will only allow to remove the actuators, if those are inoperable.
If there is a problem with ANY of the dampers themselves, which seem to be problem prone, no, you won't be able to do anything. You will probably then have to remove and disasemble the HVAC box, and repair the damage.
On a side note - on a single temp. control unit - with the blend door actuator removed, if the damper is ok........ it will 'slam' to full heat mode on 'hi fan'.
on no or low air flow, that damper will go to an intermediate position.
