Thanks for the video. That is beyond my abilities. I am going to have my wife drive the truck and I am going to walk and see if I cant pinpoint exactly where the noise is coming from.

Get some straps, and strap yourself under the car as she drives it around

Or use a GoPro camera.....ya, that's probably safer.

I've checked the hubs and the brakes and they are fine. The one thing I did notice is that when in 4x2 if I manually spin the front drive share the front passenger side axle pop and jumps like its skipping a ridge on a gear. Don't know how else to explain it. The driver side does it too but not a significantly.

Sounds like, you sir have a problem with your axle and/or front differential... take it in to the dealer and have them inspect it.... might not be very cheap.
