I paid $50 for one on eBay. My degas bottle was leaking in the same spot. Pi$$ poor design, they put it right where you will lean on it to do anything in the engine bay darn near.

Well, all of you paid too much, got mine from the Parts Bin for $36.

I may try to fix my other with some JB Weld so I'll have 2 on hand. What I was also wondering is, is there a cheap mod for this, I read somewhere someone was going to go shroudless with an e-fan and use a different coolant bottle. Thoughts?

I have the same problem and I have tried jb weld and a few other products and it keeps busting thru. Seems like there is some pretty good presure that builds up. Definetly recommend the Ebay route as it is by far cheaper then most other options available.

Same here. I did a flush and replaced the coolant with Prestone.
