electrical issues 2006 ram 1500

electrical issues 2006 ram 1500
Battery died so I replaced it, now the radio does not come on, the information consol does not come on, electric door locks do not work with key fob or switches on the doors.
Notice a message on the odometer that read "no fuse'. Checked all the fuses and they all checked it with two different dvm's.
Any advice?
