Question battery jump starter

Hi guys, im thinking of buying a battery jump starter. Of how many amps should i get it? the truck is a 2004 1500 slt 4.7Lt.

Jumper cables are cheaper

Are you having battery issues?

The higher the better. Somewhere around 600amp should start most vehicles. I used to have one but it died after about 5 yrs and I never got a new one. A decent one will run at least $100, the cheap ones do not have any stamina and run down quickly.
