Question Power outlet and Climate Control lights issue

Hi all, brand new here...so I just bought an 06 1500 slt big horn and I found a couple small issues, so instead of trying to take it back to the dealer ( still under a small warranty for a few hundred miles) I figured I would try to tackle it. When I first got it, neither the cig lighter or the power outlet would work, I replaced the cig lighter fuse and that fixed that outlet, but my power outlet and climate control lights wont work. Are they a related issue? I just went through all of my fuses and one was blown but it was for trailer lights...the only thing im confused with is fuse 38...it has three slots for one fuse...is there a special fuse or which two does it go in?

Thanks

if you find fuse 38 in the table of contents, and click the corresponding section, it'll take you directly to it.

THAT is nice!
Could you repost that, so the entire file can be downloaded?
In the present form. I can only download a section at a time.

could it possibly be a relay? ive got an '05, so our fuse boxes are different. my fuse 38 is a 15a for reverse lights
