I know this might sound like I am just being picky... but I have noticed that with the heater on and the selector on the floor position the air still seems to still either come out of both the floor/defrost or floor/panel vents.. I can never get it to blow just on the floor... Anybody got any info for me??

 

Sounds like problems with the blend doors. Search for it, common issue.

 

Could be degraded foam on aforementioned doors as well. It breaks down over time and bits fly off.
