Default torque converter clutch solenoid circuit

I have a 2002 ram 1500 4x4 crew cab with the 5.9 magnum and i just had the teanny rebuilt 600 miles ago and all fluids replaced and today driving on the highway my check engine light came on while cruise control was engaged. So i go get the code read and it was the "torque converter clutch solenoid circuit" im not sure what i need to do since the tranny is pretty much brand new im going to take it back to the tranny shop but id like not to if i dont need to but i was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?? Thanks!!!
