I would suggest the CST 7" lift just to make things easier on your life. Also for regearing you'll probably want to go at least 4.56 and maybe add an LSD while you're in there. Idk how much money you want to spend here. But those tires and wheels will cost a butt load. Also just because you get 22s won't mean the 35s look bigger. A 35 is a 35 no matter what size wheel you put it on. But yes to the tuner, you will not necessarily NEED it but you will want it.

well i did look into the 7" cst lift kit but didnt really like it bcuz of what the kit offers as to where the 6" pro comp already has everything and the cst u have to add things in order to get the complete kit like the brake lines and shocks. plus its only a 1" difference. and the tuner i do wanna buy bcuz i'm better off with it and offers more.

All you have to do for our brake lines is switch them, driver on pass. side and vice versa. That's all I had to do with my kit. I just figured it would be a better deal for you because trying to piece a lift together like that can get confusing for someone who doesn't really know what they're doing so buying a single kit with everything an instructions can make it easier.
