Its not a 4x4, why would you want to lift it?

Yes you could. Although I will say it looks like either the leaf springs are shot or they lowered the rear so you may want to look into that first. But you could either do a body lift or some 3" lift spindles and it wouldn't look too bad with the wheel/tire combo on there now. What size tires are they?
