overheating please help

Did you actually have a leak? The stop leak wasn't your best bet. Your fan clutch may be misbehaving as well. At low speeds, the fan clutch should be fully engaged with the water pump shaft.

Scottthomas. Stop seal is horriable stuff. It plugs up more than just a hole in the radiator. Is the radiator leaking? bad t-stat? water pump? low on coolant? Flush that stuff out!!!

MikeHTally/p38251---The radiator wasn't leaking after all. I found that both my thermostat and water pump are bad. Lesson learned I suppose. Thanks for the reply.
