Default Wiper pump issue.

I have a 06 ram 1500 and for the last month I've been trying to troubleshoot the reason my wiper fluid pump is not working. I've used jumpers to test the pump and it does work. I brought it to a mechanic who told me it was the turn indicator. So I picked up a new one and attached the wires and it wasn't that. I want to rule out a break in the wiring because I can imagine that's very difficult to trace.
What am I missing? What else do I need to look at? Is there a relay or fuse I don't know about?

Have you traced the fluid tube from the reservoir or pump to the nozzle? It may be clogged or disconnected.

when you replaced the multifunction switch (or as you called it "Turn Indicator") did you check the condition of the wiring and harness beyond it?

My guess is that something went wrong in there.
